What that has got to do with the price of fish I'll never know and I don't care to find out. MtBochs' brain is so stuffed full of all that nazi propaganda, he's lost the ability to think clearly.

Despite Decagon's pathetic ramblings and MTBochs' totally unrelated and befuddled outpourings of his sick mind, it has been clearly established that Australia is the country the vast majority of the world's population (including Americans and Canadians) would prefer to live in. After all it has a great climate, great food and drink, plenty of opportunities, is politically very stable, and has a great lifestyle, in fact it is indeed the Lucky Country. This having been said there is no further use to make any comments and as far as I am concerned the case is closed. Some misguided creatures may ramble on a bit more but they will settle down soon enough, especially after they have taken their meds.

No, it means that Australians are 10 times more careful as to who they let into their country. America is full of terrorist sleepers (I am sure you don't need any more proof of that), while Australia screens them out at the border and should one ever slip through they are detected almost immediately and sent packing.

Oh my oh my oh my. It just goes to show how far behind the times you are, Decagon. That was news in July 2007 and the good doctor was only suspected to be a terrorist sleeper. He was dealt with and deported as a precautionary measure. It has since been established that he is not a terrorist, he is only related to one.

Seeing that the USA are now officially in a recession, one that will only get much worse before it gets better, now may be a good time to do some slumming just to see how you bottom feeders are handling it. I can only feel sorry for the large number of Americans who have lost their homes, their jobs, their savings and who are now just existing in tent cities.

Sure, parts of Australia are barren desert, barren yes, but not lifeless. The rest of the country is fertile and full of life, literally. We have a strong economy and unlike the USA, a very strong banking system prudently supervised by a powerful, government appointed regulatory authority. Harry S Truman was so right when he said "The buck stops here". You can fairly and squarely blame your government for allowing those cowboys to run the banks like a casino, except that in this case everybody loses. Lending $300,000 for a $300,000 motor home (double wide to be sure) to ninjas (you know, no job, no income, no assets) and expecting to get that money back is sheer lunacy driven by greed. And they didn't do it just once ore twice - no - tens of thousands of times.

But it gets worse. Not only are there large numbers of Americans that have lost everything, there also is no proper social security system to give them meaningful assistance. Your medicare system is totally inadequate and your welfare system is nearly as bad. Compare this to Australia where our medicare system is one of the best in the world providing basic medical services to everybody. This can then be supplemented by private health insurance by those who want a higher level of service. Our social security system is also one of the best in the world which guarantees a basic pension for every retired or disabled person to allow them to live decently and without having to go hungry to buy basic necessities.

America has nothing like that.

So, Decagon, and anybody else who wants to argue that the USA is a better country - don't give me that crap. You all know the facts.

And don't even get me started on Germany and Austria where the social security systems and national health insurance schemes are even better than in Australia. Retirees in those countries receive a pension of approx. 70 % of the income they earned in the year prior to their retirement.

So, the tent cities we see daily on the TV news are all just communist propaganda spread by those commie leftist pinko sympathizers at CNN, Fox, ABC, CBS and NBC? Of course, that's right, what was I thinking?

When you call your Social Security a mismanaged mess you are being kind. I'd call it a total fuck-up. Just like your national health care (oops, sorry, that doesn't even exist) and your banking system. A new phrase has entered the international vocabulary: American bankers are wankers.
